Founded by the Pugliatti family in 1998 in Catania, Le Cucine del Gusto is a traveling kitchen offering high-end catering and banqueting across Sicily.

With deep roots in tradition and an innovative spirit, for over twenty years we have been creating dishes with unmistakable flavors, transforming every event into an unforgettable culinary experience.

Our culinary team, led by Chef Dario Pugliatti, blends passion, technique, and local ingredients to create bespoke menus that enhance the authentic flavors of Sicily, balancing tradition and modernity.

Fondata dalla famiglia Pugliatti nel 1998 a Catania, Le Cucine del Gusto è una cucina itinerante che porta l’eccellenza del catering e del banqueting nelle location più esclusive della Sicilia.
